LDC's past project designs exemplify the broad scope of LDC services - Master Planning, Land development design, Civil Engineering, Environmental Services, Expediting entitlements, Federal, State, local & Coastal Development Permits and Approvals - as required for many types of developments.

Geographically, the past projects indicate frequent "repeat performances" in an area. This is a result of call-backs from previous clients - or assignments from a developer familiar with our work in the area. It is also an indication of our ability to establish and maintain relationships with the complex bureaucracy of governmental entities involved. We know the path - and some shortcuts - through the maze, and we are able to facilitate and expedite clearances and approvals.

Developments we have completed include spectacular golf courses/resort hotel complexes and country clubs; single family, townhouse and multi-family residential condominium projects ranging from a single resident to 10,000 master-planned units, industrial, commercial and mixed-use developments ranging to thousands of acres. The varied nature of these assignments is evidence of LDC’s ability to meet the challenges of difficult terrain as well as to accommodate the economical requirements of the individual project. Developers and builders also request "repeat performances" in different geographic areas due to the successful and satisfactory completion of previous projects with the ability to adopt to different Government agency procedures and regulations.
